Press the joystick in different directions at the same time as the dedicated special button (triangle on PlayStation), and you’ll get the same result as if you committed to the typical quarter-circle, half-circle, or hold-back motion demands. The most substantial difference is a button dedicated to « special » attack activation, and it resembles Smash Bros. It would be cheaper for them to build and there's an even larger market for Cafe Racers since the market has ballooned for them in recent years. If they wanted to bring back a bike that they stopped making but sold well at the end of production. I'm doubting that they want to spend the money on a new high end bike like the SFS that didn't sell well for them the first time. They fund these two very expensive racing platforms by selling more volume, dumbed down, more mainstream bikes catered to the mass market. They are fighting a losing battle in WSB that they want back. If those are the two choices on the table DucAudi will pick the V4 SBK to spend their money on. ![]() I probably can't afford it and I'm not ever getting rid of my 1098SFS. I doubt I will buy a new SFS if it comes out. It should also have a simple dash like the original SF. They can leave the electronic Ohlins in the garbage. Great midrange and top end power with great torque everywhere. If a new Panigale based SFS is made the newest 1299 engine might work if the tuning is like the 1098 Testestratta engine. You couldn't pay me to ride a new Monster like the Miavel 1200 or the 821 Miavel. If I want a Monster it will be a used M900 or possibly an S4R. And the manufacturers are producing that to attract modern buyers. The newer generations want nothing but more bells and whistles and electronic gizmos. They're heavier and over complicated compared to what they once where. Why? Because I don't like the new Monsters either.
